This recipe leaves you with a beautifully green bowl of goodness! We loved the super creamy sauce mixed with the chunky avo. It has a delicious minty, pesto flavour going on that just works so well! The recipe says it makes 2 servings, which we found was accurate for dinner. However we were able to make 4 lunch sized portions which was great!
