Like most of the world we are OBSESSED with avocado, and we love nothing more than finding new ways to eat it! Introducing our deliciously creamy Avocado hummus! It’s packed full of healthy fats and fibre, plus it’s super easy to make – all you need is  5 ingredients and 5 minutes!

INGREDIENTS ( 1 bowl)

For our Avocado Hummus recipe you will need:

  • 1 can of chickpeas
  • 1 medium sized avocado
  • 1 lemon
  • 2 tbsp Tahini
  • salt & pepper

EQUIPMENT

To make our Avocado Hummus you will need:

METHOD

  1. Drain and rinse the chickpeas
  2. Add all ingredients to the blender with 3 tbsp of water
  3. BLEND ! (add another few tbsp water if it’s too thick, but do this gradually !)
  4. Enjoy – we love our avocado hummus spread on rice cakes!
